01Is OM Spa & Salon really women-only?+
Yes. Our premises, therapists and support staff are exclusively female. Male guests are not admitted at any time.
02Do I need to book in advance?+
Reservations are strongly recommended. Same-day bookings are subject to availability — WhatsApp us for the fastest confirmation.
03What should I wear?+
Arrive in comfortable clothing. Disposable undergarments, robes and slippers are provided for every guest.
04Are your products safe for sensitive skin?+
All oils, scrubs and balms are dermatologically tested. Please share any allergies during your intake form.
05What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancellations more than 4 hours before your appointment are free. Within 4 hours, a 50% charge applies.
