01Do you offer services for both men and women?+
Yes. OM Spa & Salon welcomes both men and women, with separate private treatment rooms and dedicated male & female therapists for complete comfort and privacy.
02Do I need to book in advance?+
Reservations are strongly recommended. Same-day bookings are subject to availability — WhatsApp us for the fastest confirmation.
03What should I wear?+
Arrive in comfortable clothing. Disposable undergarments, robes and slippers are provided for every guest — men and women alike.
04Are your products safe for sensitive skin?+
All oils, scrubs and balms are dermatologically tested. Please share any allergies during your intake form.
05What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancellations more than 4 hours before your appointment are free. Within 4 hours, a 50% charge applies.
