Our Policies

We collect only the information necessary to schedule and personalise your visit — name, contact, service preferences and health notes you choose to share.

Your data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Booking confirmations may be sent via WhatsApp, SMS or email.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to omspasalonpatna@gmail.com.

Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the scheduled time are free of charge.

Within 4 hours of the appointment, a 50% cancellation charge applies.

No-shows are charged 100% of the service price.

Prepaid services are refundable up to 24 hours before the appointment (subject to a small processing fee).

Memberships are non-refundable but can be transferred within immediate family (with a nominal transfer fee).

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

OM Spa & Salon welcomes both men and women. Guests are treated in separate private suites with dedicated male & female therapists to ensure comfort and privacy.

Guests are requested to arrive 10 minutes early for a smooth intake. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at the same price.

Please share allergies, medical conditions or pregnancy at booking — some rituals are not recommended in specific circumstances.

OM Spa & Salon reserves the right to refuse service where safety or hygiene is compromised.
